On Reuter at 5am this morning. Bit late with the trading halt but can't see that it getting out earlier than the asx announcement caused any market anomaly today.

Interesting that the $10m is for only 60% of Cmax with the article indicating that I'rom planned to acquire the whole of Cmax after 2017.
A very good deal and the price reflects growth prospects for Cmax in its new facility and the great goodwill it already has with many international Parma clients. Its location in the new Adelaide health precinct makes it even more attractive. Was interested to hear that the new hospital has under invested in facilities for clinical trials. Cmax is close by!
Be interesting to see if this gives some impetus to the share price. Will be nice to see a follow up announcement that Temozolomide has hit the maker in the USA.
