Firstly. I posted the article without comment. because I am not as clever as many on this site claim to be.
I simply threw it into the pot for to share information.
I thought that was the purpose of Hot Copper.
Having said that if you read the article the gist of it was that the USA could potentially do.

If you see the USA as a 100% reliable ally and you disagree with .former British Prime Minister Tony Blair who has cast doubt on the reliability of the USA as an Ally.you can discount this from your investment hypothesis,.
Unlike many on this forum I did not foresee Covid, I did not foresee the effect it would have on other iron ore suppliers throughout the world or the resulting economic stimulus packages .but I bundle along and have lived off my investment decisions for the past 15 years after retiring early.
Since retiring I have travelled independently though nearly 100 countries and when Covid hit last year I caught the last plane to Singapore out of Hyderabad .And guess what.
During the trip home ,not, once did I think. Wow what a great time to invest in FMG. Silly me, but rest assured next time there is a black swan event I will give you a call.
