The oil deal was incredibly disappointing. If you notice, much of the press around the deal mentions very little about facts and figures.
It’s very ambiguous and won’t be policed. I’d be surprised if WTI oil wasn’t below $20 a barrel by Friday. This week is going to be shocking for energy and the markets more broadly.
