Equitable, the current top 20 shareholders own 51.06 of the shares, all other shareholders hold 48.94%. A hostile takeover cannot occur unless there is a significant change in the shareholding structure. For this to occur somebody with very very deep pockets would need to accumulate Millions of shares resulting in a bonanza share price increase We would never get to vote on a Big Pharma deal that the Board of Directors negotiates but they cannot sale the business without having a vote inclusive of all shareholders
