Can Ryan Mount come back at any time? he has been hiding from shareholders for two years now along with his band of merry men, he would definitely have some explaining to do, starting with where all the money went, the multiple failures of listing compliance, unpaid debts in the SI, the offshore bank account. As impractical as it would be trying to relist AVQ it would be more difficult to front up and face the music and then ask shareholders for more money.
