Gocu - there is no risk of oversimplifying the situation. Either an institutional holder(s) do not want to support the cap raising and there are some negotiations going on, or there are some interesting discussions between management and a potential suitor. I would have thought that a straight forward cap raising would have been sorted by now.
If it's the former we are in serious trouble If it's the latter there are all sorts of possible outcomes
We can only wait and see
