Is it the ruski dumping to get the price down so as to make a lower take over offer?
If it is he will try and keep the price as low as pos untill mcc pay up $280m on 31/7/08, then he will come in with a lot lower offer than he may have previously had to pay. (Sage wanted min $1.20 before)
