Just think about this

Starpharma has not signed agreements with other big Pharma's - that we know of

We do know they are collaborating with two big Pharma's in Antibody Drug Conjugates

I would suggest if AstraZeneca are thinking of buying out Starpharma

a) would only be interested in the drug delivery platform patents in oncology
b) would need to get a move on - or the non disclosed collaborators in Antibody Drug Conjugates may just sign formal agreements - unless already signed sealed and delivered. If this is the case complications - there might not be a clean transaction

So let them buy us out for what maybe $10 a share

They would not be interested in the VivaGel portfolio
We keep that - license it out - and have a cash cow giving us dividends on a regular bi yearly basis
