I'd dare say that the need for working capital comes from the fact that we have been developing 3D and recruiting the right person for the job of leading that division.
I'd imagine there would be no need for the "working capital" component of the CR if the company had just waited until it was cashflow positive, rather than trying to develop, recruit and capitalise on a completely new and unchallenged product that has the potential to not just transform the business, but the lives of patients also.
Anyways, if people think there will be a pump and dump, you could always sell if it gets to 33c before "the dump" and you would have made +10% on Friday's closing price.
IMO DYOR NOT ADVICE.
