Why would Novartis need to buy out MSB? They've just executed an excellent partnership with them that entitiles them to 50% of profits. Novartis got a great deal at excellent rates. We just got a massive floor underneath the stock price. I am amazed by todays stock price action.
Novartis see the value in non-COVID ARDS long-term. Seems the mkt is a little too hung up on the present FDA shnnigans which will not persist.
