It has been indicated that the DKK 83 million US aid is, in part, for expert consulting services. Could the resubmittal of the EIA have some kind of link to this aid? Could GGG, GoG and US authorities be in talks at this time? After all, the EIA delay was explained by an opportunity to utilize services of a leading consultant. Hmmm! Minister Vittus may shed some light as the article mentions he is asked to do. IMO only.
