While Viraleze is available in the UK over the counter, it seems to me there is no reason a doctor cannot prescribe Viraleze to a patient under the NHS. For most patients a prescription costs £9.15, but the over 60s and young people get free prescriptions. That would make a lot of difference to affordability.
