That's about 500 orders in 12 days. Assuming average of 3 per order that's 1500 units or 125/day
Looking at the ASX announcement on May 6th "Viraleze launches in Europe". I would hardly call making it available on a website that can be accessed in Europe a launch.
A product launch comes with bells and whistles and a co-ordinated marketing plan.
