Traders have tools that show them when a stock is going to gap up by certain percentages, that 10 mil could be trying to 'hide the excitement' for a chance to grab some more before announcement. Could be trying to scare people into stacking the sell side so they can buy them on open, or could be genuine though i don't think so. This is getting real interesting pretty early.
