In ISX's case the arrangement seemed to be a lot different than yours. Evidently there seemed to have been very little or no handover at all. Everything seemed to have been subcontracted to third parties. Note the contract below and how it is identical to the contract between ISX and the customer:

So from that it seems that ISX had subcontracted everything to the third parties. Then the work were paid for by unknown third parties in place of the customer. The goods/services became unverifiable especially since ISX had refused to show where they were deployed to:

So unlike your arrangement with your customer, ISX's arrangement with their customers seemed to be this:
