Centro, I'm totally unversed in law and only researched to find the related issues identified by @ChillingOut...... I was trying to assist and found what I thought may be fitting. Therefore I'm keen to learn.
I neglected to include this point in my earlier post and made the foolish assumption that readers would know of my ignorance/naivety in legal matters.
Having said this, could you explain how the context fits with ISX case. It looks to me that ISX case is already being cited in other cases. Does the citing of ISX's SoC mean that the claim is invalid?
The final sentence above seems to indicate the Court agrees with ASX listing rule 18.8...... I note: 18.8A which discusses "censure". Does this imply that the court may find against iSX in the ASX use of the Listing Rules?
