Great. Jk did say in the Zoom AGM that some action on NEC/Aston was possibly in the pipeline when more pressing matters were dealt with. Good to know that JK presumably feels that the ISX business is well in hand. I wonder if ISX can/will sue Aston separately, if/when JK wins his case in his name.

I see (in the link you provided) that his case is against Fairfax Media - again, GREAT, as the SMH and AGE have a lot to account for too, but not of the same rank bastardry that Aston/AFR has shown. How do you know it is Aston specifically?
