    Yep, and as you can see shareprice volatility was only cited. The SOR confirms this and so does ISX's SOC.

    As you can see, some of the performance shares went Red 5. So no one really knows whether Red 5 had sold theirs or not. The announcement also is HARD CONCRETE proof that ISX has always known all along that the issue revolves around the performance shares.
