I did say there would only one big court case at a time, looks like the spring cleaning is on a roll. from memory, pretty sure JK even warned them their information was incorrect and to print an amendment, apology, retraction - an Ann from memory.

wowsers, just saying I read this (from ACCC site) ' remove any posts that may be false, misleading or deceptive as soon as you become aware of them' to minimise risk. Especially if content is blatant ... ring any bells ?

looks like potentially could land under competition and consumer act (Cth) as well.

I haven't read the court submission but I'm guessing - unfair reputation attacks, defamation, fake news, accc might even get involved.
