    Also I am starting to wonder about some things:

    So the above is part of an announcement by ISX. In that announcement ISX says that it has filed further and better particulars of the damages which it claims against ASX limited ("ASX"). Then we have a line space and then ISX talks about the new damage claim. What I am wondering about is where is the amendment to the SOC to include the new damage claim? It can't be in the further and better particulars. Then I realise the line spacing and then I remembered the "legal advice" thing that happened recently. So I came to the conclusion that the new damage claim has not been incorporated into the SOC, meaning that it may not be in the SOC at all. Maybe that is the reason why the ASX may have asked ISX for the legal advice, which may refers to the legal advice that led to the new claim because it is nowhere to be found in the SOC.

    Just a speculation.
