you said most of the performance shares have been sold. the company has stated 16% were sold that's far from most. Furthermore those were sold by ex employees which is fair enough.
You also state the shares in Red5 have likely been sold. As they are a substantial holder if there was any change that would have to be announced to the market. oh wait! ASX probably blocked that frim release too but if you know something we don't then your ASX buddies have told you that! lol
