    Yes, I agree @IsoscelesDancer. We all have "learned" prejudices. ASX staff(I am not 100% about for the compliance section) can hold shares in ASX securities and as such would have an underlying bias - perhaps not fully recognised - towards the ASX and against any company that could threaten ASX. It is called survival.

    The ASX should not regulate compliance of any company with which ASX is in competition.
