The market is in a very severe state,and will have further to fall.
It time to get back in property,as they have been severely hammer already.
Especially the area in Liverpool,Canley vale,cabramatta,banstown,blacktown,etc.These area have their house price slash by at least 30%.
And with renting return of more than $250/w.
Look like the cycle is turning soon.
