Whats wrong with paying dividend?I'm sure the management has done some serious consideration before they actually promised this. Of course it can also be used to jump start the share price because that is one of the consequences. STL currently only has ATM, so? That means there is a lot of expansion to be done and they are already doing 12th quarter record revenue just by ATM alone. There are a lot of potential and interesting things coming in the next few quarters too if you check the threads.
