I think this announcement has some positives. The new CFO has been a consultant for NMS for some time so he obviously knows the background of the company and he looks to have a strong background with a lot of the right type of experience and it is most unlikely that someone with his background would walk into a company that is full of problems - it is more likely that he recognises the opportunities that exist.

I eagerly await the release of NMS last quarter results and managements report on the progress made with the restructure and future prospects and the state of the order book. IMHO any improvement in the share price is totally dependent on the company showing positive forward progress in all the areas outlined in the capital raising. Don't overlook the statement from Rob King during the capital raising who said he didn't believe there was any quick fix and that it would be a long hard slog.
