On the interweb: ‘Mr. Willson is the former President & CEO of ITF Pharma, Inc., the U.S. affiliate of the family-owned pharmaceutical company, Italfarmaco. He retired at the end of 2018.
All in the space of 11 days. I’m sure the timing of his retirement/resignation was a coincidence.
As a reminder ITF Pharma is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company, founded in 2015. If you check out their website, there has been no news updates since 2019.
I understand Peter Cook is the current President and CEO of ITF Pharma.You will have more luck finding information on the internet about rocking horse poo than about Peter Cook or ITF Pharma.

P.S. Only 6.5 years to go until the terms of the ITF Pharma and Starpharma deal/licence expire, which incidentally is when the US patent for VivaGel expires (2030).
