Property has been waiting to collapse since the early 2000’s and hadn’t happened.

The Global economy is in serious trouble and CB’s have no ammo left. House prices have skyrocketed in recent times so at best they’re due a correction. Builders are going bust, potential buyers are finding the cost of a loan beyond them. Immigration will fix everting lol — will they get a zero % interest rate to buy a property?

    Then there’s inflation.

To say everything is fine in the property market right now is to confuse hope with data and the very real prospect of recession in the US. The next round of interest rate rises both here and the US might make a few sit up and take notice.
