It sounds like they need bit of BRIBE like all other business dealings in mid-east. Can be resolved quickly. Bribes in an Islamic IRAN? Ha!!! yes this is what i think. UCL directors might not even know how to give bribes. Iran got a long way to catch up with free market ideals, pluralism democracy etc. I must admit G. BUSH does not help with its comments. Naturally it puts them on a war footing instead of slowly softening up their stand against west. Before G bush opened his mouth they had a moderate government there.
