    Its time for a change. Its time for Tony the Godfather to step down as Chairman and be replaced by Brett Heading. Its time that Stuart Brown got off the Board. EGO has not grown in nearly 21 months. Credit due Tony and the Board inherited well lets just not go there. I want to see the strategic plan. The share price hasn't improved even on the last announcement. Its time, as promised, for EGO to have a truly independent Chairman and a new board member that can value add to this company.
