I am assuming ppl are going beyond the obvious rulebook here. I think most ppl who have been in the market long enough will know most companies do not issue a TH for bad news, they will release it near trading day close or after the bell...quietly. And not a TH on a Monday especially, when attention is at its peak. Not saying it's good news, but timing and a TH more often than not is a good early sign. Good luck all
