Not a chance.
Apaprently they're dumps, usually in 1m lots, of the roughly 36m options at a strike of .17. They'll keep happening for a few more days.
Currently we're at 560m shares outstanding and the options take it out to 583m so some already claimed and about 3-4m more today. Will keep a cap on the price until most are dumped.
This is the time to buy cause I can't see price staying much lower than current.
