To be fair, if he feels confident enough to discuss whatever he puts in an email with a completely random shareholder that messages him, he should have ZERO issues if it gets placed on a public forum. If he has issues with it being aired then he has divulged too much via email to a random.
Give the guy a break, it was hardly a price sensitive email and there was no ill intentions when it got posted here.
