I sent the Company an email prior to the AGM requesting that they provide details of what each of them actually did for the Company to earn their $$$
They didn't address it during the meeting so I asked the Q during the meeting. Still didn't address it. Wasn't until I threatened to report to ASIC that they read it out. Guess what they did? Put it to James Marsh to answer - and of course he could only say that they were of benefit to him.
So my question wasn't really answered and we still don't know exactly what each of them have contributed to the advancement of the Company.
No wonder James hair has gone grey!
