Yes. This also explains why the selling price is commercially sensitive. MSI wouldn't want its customers to know what its margin is.
From the announcement;
"The actual fixed contract price is not disclosed in this announcement at the
request of the customer due to it being considered to be commercially sensitive information."
And
"The contract grants MSI exclusivity in China over the PRM material for the duration
of the contract to allow them to appropriately market the product to end users."
Its a win win because it provides surety for ADN and for MSI.
