Late to listen to the Cruz interview, was obviously a pre capital raise announcement. Unsure if it’s been said.
On the subject of HPA. James mentions @ 19:42 that “we may have to send 20k tonnes to hpa” ( assuming he means AEM ), currently testing underway and DD is being carried out. “Within 30 days of signing it, which was 2 weeks ago, we are planing to move to a to a full binding agreement”.
It’s been a month since the MOU with AEM. Are we close to a binding agreement to supply 5n or are we waiting another 60 days?
