    Correct, I have no issue with James not taking up the SPP, the reason we like seeing board members and MDs etc taking up shares is to show their commitment to the company.

    James shows this commitment day in and day out and therefore has nothing to prove here.

    He has 10,500,000 options at 1.2c to convert in a few months = $126,000. I would be happy to chip in to help him convert if someone sets up a go fund me. James is ADN
