The PFS noted that total capital costs would be $84M (page 3-4):
Initial Capital Costs $13M
Working Capital $15M
Processing Plant Costs $56M
Total Capital Costs $84M
Previously the Processing Plant was $35m in the Scoping Study - the increase is due to moving from Dry Processing to Wet Processing, plus the addition of a Drying Plant to ensure transport-appropriate water content. This does not appear to include a centrifuge to separate halloysite from kaolin, so additional costs should be expected - in the low $ millions only I would guess.
