Agree completely , despite a number of projects in hand plus some tempting opportunities James seems very focused on the process to get us into production.
He does have a duty to disclose progress on the "blue sky" opportunities though - I think he's found the right balance between informing and ramping on these though.
I think this coming 1/4 will confirm we have the right Leader and Management in place
