Don't forget: The killer is if you add HRM you need 5% less cement to get the same strength concrete. That's a 5% CO2 emissions reduction right there for literally nix.
I trust you all know how interested the concrete industry is in reducing its carbon emissions. 5% less with costs more than paid for by other benefits is an absolute killer!
