I think he said draft conditions being provided in a couple of days. Then allow say 3 days of negotiation/comment from the company on the conditions (although given how low impact the project is, I wouldnt imagine the conditions too onerous so this time period might be shorter) and after that - approval from the departments delegate. I don’t know when the interview was done, but that would be my indicative timeline. I’d be very surprised if it’s not done and dusted by Christmas Eve.
