I agree with what you say.
The arbitration tribunal, has as I understand it, ordered the GoG and Danish Government to jointly file their defense on or before the 8th of January 2024. However, the tribunal may decide to firstly sort out the issue of jurisdiction if the two governments request it. Hopefully this could be done quickly. In either case things will hot up from tomorrow I'm sure.
