Jesus did not fulfil OT prophecy - he fulfilled Christian claims of OT prophecy.
As for the Bab and Baha'u'llah, they were both Manifestations, thus fulfilling the prophecy about Enoch and Elijah, so for the first time a Prophet creates a foundation for another prophet.
