We can always import a heap of them from SE Asia, our excellent Australian trained pilots will find plenty of work up there as aviation is growing and growing. (as well as our nurses, engineers, etc who are already being poached).
We can get the cheap pilots who 'struggle' to graduate and find work with the major airlines there.
We might get the odd crash here and there, but it'll be worth it if we can save $10 or $20 on the flight, right???
