We can get the cheap pilots who 'struggle' to graduate and find work with the major airlines there.

We might get the odd crash here and there, but it'll be worth it if we can save $10 or $20 on the flight, right???

Either they increase the supply of pilots and drop prices or I shift my assets offshore!!
