I believe it is better then 1in 100 if you do your research: however I agree with you if it is 1 in 100 because that is how many are a valid investment opportunities at this extreme speculative end of the IPO market.
Notwithstanding the fact MGG was a diabolical mess and the management remains. Good IPO opportunity? The facts suggest otherwise!
