    Jiang su is a province that well known of its rare earth processing and separate, but it need external supply of rare earth, so no wonder Ece buy stake from ARU, the potential chinese company which show interest about peak, so ECE story has no direct relation with peak, but indirect, that is ECE competitior also wanna secure a quality supply, to guarantee a position in the market of China.
