Peeps wanting to trade ISX can do that TODAY if they really want to. There is NOT ONE member that cannot sell their holdings in ISX TODAY. There is NOT ONE member that cannot buy more holdings in ISX TODAY. It just requires effort rather than words.

If peeps want a scapegoat then they will need to look elsewhere.
