I would have thought that a LOI with 'the worlds biggest supplier of mineral and chemical additives' was price sensitive information and therefore worthy of an ASX announcement.
Similarly, the arrival of the long awaited Carbon Capture demonstration plant on the 8th (yesterday) was also worth a mention.
Perhaps the LOI has only been agreed to but not actually signed.
Perhaps the CC plant still hasn't arrived.
Perhaps there'll be a combined update this week.
