The ASX have cracked down on upramping of stocks and unless we have signed a contract confirming $$$ the ASX don't want to count it an announcement. I have another stock which updated there website overnight to confirm they are now partners with another massive company and no announcement was given as it will be royalty bases and can't confirm what this partnership will be worth to the Company.
The good news is we all know about the LOI and can use this opportunity to modifiy our holding to what we see fit.
