Looks very much like it.

This perhaps will be a great Aus company. Still extremely speccy. But it's success (if indeed that is to be) will unravel slowly quarter by quarter, half year by half year, year by year, with no silver bullets in between. That is the nature of the company(ies) we are dealing with. Get our tech into products (does not guarantee bottom line success), research/monitor market acceptance (not an axiomatic positive outcome), watch quarter by quarter revenue (indicative of sales/royalties). This beast will initially move at a snails pace and, as in the past and present, be toyed with by the (self assessed) smarts. Going to try hard to wean myself off this HC merry-go-round and check in with the (actual) facts once a month or so.
